Big Al, or Al for short, is a large male Allosaurus brought back from Late Jurassic Wyoming 150 million years ago. From the day he was born, Al endured six years of survival in his time and received a number of injuries as a result. In his debut "Land of Giants II: Ballad of Big Al", he was rescued by the team and brought back to the safety of Prehistoric Earth, where he was nursed back to health. Now around a decade old, he has reached full maturity and resides in the pack with his mate, Alice.
