Camelops is a genus of camels that lived in Western North America, ranging from Alaska to Mexico, from the middle Pliocene to the end of the Pleistocene.

In the Series 3 finale "Mammoth's Undertaking Journey", a herd of a dozen Camelops were brought to the park from Late Pleistocene North America, 11,000 years ago. They reside in the Mammoth Tundra Enclosure.
