Giraffatitan (name meaning "Giant Giraffe") is a genus of sauropod dinosaur that lived during the late Jurassic in what is now Africa.

In the Series 4 episode "New Arrivals", a herd of Giraffatitan were brought to the park from Late Jurassic Africa, 150 million years ago. They reside in the Sauropod Savannah Enclosure with many of their other fellow sauropod relatives.
