Squalicorax is a genus of small prehistoric shark that originated during the Late Cretaceous period.



Squalicorax lived in the seas of the Late Cretaceous period 80-65 million years ago.


Squalicorax was the size of a juvenile megalodon, about 5-6 meters long. It was like a modern great white shark as well.
