Velafrons (name meaning "Sailed Forehead") is a genus of lambeosaurine hadrosaurid dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous of Mexico.
In the Series 4 episode "New Arrivals", a herd of Velafrons were brought to the park from Late Cretaceous Mexico, 72 million years ago. They reside in the Hadrosaur Springs Enclosure with other Hadrosaurs and recently welcomed hatchlings into the herd.
